NOMINATIONS EXTENDED – CLOSES TUESDAY 30 APRIL

In an exciting announcement, Baseball Queensland has opened nominations for its prestigious Hall of Fame. With a rich history spanning decades, the organisation seeks to honour individuals who have made significant contributions to the sport within Queensland.

Candidates approved for the ballot from 2023 will continue to be considered through the 2025 ballot automatically. However, the Heritage Advisory Panel retains the authority to review any new nominees and potentially include them on the 2024 ballot, alongside those appearing on the 2023 ballot. You can review the list of Candidates from the 2023 ballot here >>>, all of whom will remain on the ballot for 2024.

Those eager to nominate a deserving candidate are urged to carefully review the eligibility criteria. Submissions must be comprehensive, featuring substantial supporting evidence to build a compelling case highlighting the nominee’s exceptional individual performance or contributions to baseball in Queensland.

Nominations are officially open with nominations closing 5 April 2024. This presents an excellent opportunity for the baseball community to celebrate and honour the remarkable individuals who have had a positive impact on the sport in Queensland.
