LITTLE LEAGUE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR & COMPETITION MANAGER

Baseball Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Little League District Administrator & Competition Manager to maintain and grow our suite of tournaments and support the delivery of local competitions. You will work closely with Baseball Queensland’s staff, league committees, regions and local clubs to provide engaging events and competitions that meet the needs of participants and provide opportunity to advertise the sport to the wider community.

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Baseball Queensland is seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team and support the delivery of key operational and communication services across the organisation. Based at our Milton office, this permanent part-time position is for 15-hours per week and offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and staff in a dynamic, member-based environment, helping to strengthen baseball’s reach and impact throughout the state. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Baseball Queensland through a mix of administrative, secretarial, and stakeholder support tasks.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities amongst fluctuating workloads, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. CASUAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Love baseball and want to help grow the sport? 

Baseball Queensland are looking for individuals who are passionate and have the desire to help promote baseball to primary schools throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and North Queensland. The main objective of this role is to deliver entry-level programs to primary school-aged students whilst promoting local baseball clubs.  Your passion, commitment, and drive to get kids physically active is important to us – not necessarily an intricate understanding of the game.  

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills with the ability to relate positively with children and adults along with a demonstrated ability to adapt to program changes including session time, type and group size.  

 

EMPLOYMENT CLASS

Casual – Requisite equipment and apparel will be provided by Baseball QLD

  • Driver’s licence and own transport
  • Working with Children Check- Blue Card
  • Community Sport – Essential coaching course
  • Current Baseball Coach Accreditation – Available to work during school hours
