PERFORMANCE PATHWAY TEAM

Our Performance Pathways staff manage a wide variety of athlete identification and skill development programs, events and tours that support our athletes and officials perform at the highest levels. Starting with the entry-level Emerging Athlete Program, development tiers extend to internationally signed athletes, with a variety of teams, competitions, and events each year, including tour opportunities taking our teams to countries like New Zealand, Japan, and Taiwan.

GAME DEVELOPMENT TEAM

The Game Development Team are responsible for growing participation in Baseball. Whether it’s working with clubs to improve access to the sport, through initiatives like the Junior Coaching Handbook, Buddy League or Play Ball! events, or managing programs across the corporate sphere, schools, early learning or outside-hours-school-care providers, there’s a growing list of ways to engage with baseball, and this team is the reason for it.
