Baseball Queensland are pleased to announce the confirmation of locations for the 2019 Little League, Junior League and Senior League State Titles.
This year Senior League will head south to play their state titles across two locations. Both the Beenleigh Hawks and the Southern Stars will be hosting games for our Senior League tournament set to be held between the 6th to 9th of April 2019.
Little League Div 1 and 2 and Junior League Div 1 and 2 will also head south to Runcorn as the Indians Baseball Club will host all the tournaments. We are excited to see both divisions play quality baseball between the 11th and 14th of April 2019.
Draws for all the tournaments will be released via the website closer to the tournament.
Baseball Queensland is excited to announce the opportunity for young men 18 years and under to have the ultimate baseball experience in Japan. The tour will take place from Sunday the 30th June to Wednesday the 10th of July. Included in the tour are eight (8) games vs Japanese High School Baseball teams, attending three (3) Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) games and a multitude of cultural experiences including sightseeing and traditional events.

Baseball Queensland’s Girls Development Program will be entering Teams into the Little League, Junior League and Senior League Division II State Titles. The Program is seeking expressions of interest from players and coaches for each age group.

Given the success of the recent Women’s State Titles, the interest in participation in the female pathways has grown leading to more players than ever before competing for a chance to wear the Queensland uniform. Lisa Norrie, Manager of the 2019 Queensland Open Women’s Team and her coaching staff had their work cut out for them in selecting a final team from the growing talent pool available.
