After Friday’s Special General Meeting, BQ are asking for Club Presidents to nominate, to their applicable Regional President, a delegate who has expressed interest in participating in the Strategic Planning Subcommittee, to be headed by Baseball QLD Board Director Ms. Sally West.
The Regional Committees will then nominate one (1) member for appointment to the committee to be ratified by the Board of Baseball QLD.
The Subcommittee will then present recommendations and ideas to the Board to form part of the Strategic Plan of Baseball QLD for the future.
A draft terms of reference for document for this committee has been attached to provide further details on the type of work this committee will be engaged in. The Committee together with the appointed Director will finalise the terms of reference upon their appointment for approval by the Board of Management.
Regional Presidents, please nominate your member by COB 10 August 2020.
