Surrounded by more than 40,000 passionate fans, he knew he'd found something special.Fast forward to today, and that passion is helping transform baseball in Central Queensland.Every weekend, Phil volunteers his time to run free T-ball sessions for local children, introducing families to a sport that many in the region have never had the chance to experience.Now, he's joined with Baseball Queensland to bring baseball into schools, OSHCs, kindergartens and childcare centres across the Rockhampton region."This is what it's all about.
