Despite the rain, our Queensland U18 team and gues Despite the rain, our Queensland U18 team and guests from Taiwan had a great evening, featuring a ceremonial first pitch ⚾️⁠ ⁠ The Taiwan baseball leadership met with BQ GM Gareth Jones to discuss collaboration. We were honoured to have BQ Commissioner Chris Norrie, Board member Brad Parsons, and MP John-Paul Langbroek, who threw the first ceremonial pitch with China Airlines GM Jeff Tsai as the ceremonial batter 👏⁠ ⁠ The exhibition game is rescheduled for tonight at 7 PM at Bannister Park, Hendra. Here’s to clear skies and a fantastic evening of baseball🙌

Jay makes history as the first Queenslander in the first ever senior B5 Australian Team 🙌 Jay is also a catcher for theBrisbane Bandits, and off the field, he's a PE teacher at Runcorn State High School, a Baseball Excellence school in Brisbane.
