Baseball Queensland are pleased to announce the selection of the U18 Queensland State Team that will be representing Queensland at the Australian Baseball U18 Nationals.
The U18 Nations will be held across Geelong and Melbourne in mid January 2020.
Selected athletes will recieve information shortly in regards to their program.

Congratulations to the 2019 U18 State Titles winners; Brisbane South and to the Runners-up, Brisbane North.
Baseball Queensland will host the annual U16 Baseball State Titles in Trinity Beach, Cairns from 27 to 30 September 2019.
Regional representative teams consisting of over 140 participants from all around Queensland including an all-girls team will arrive in Cairns on 26 September to compete over four days to identify the best team in the State. Games will be played on the long standing Trinity Beach Baseball Fields with all teams returning each day to the official accommodation venue, Cairns Colonial Club Hotel.
Baseball Queensland is pleased to announce the recent appointments of our State Team Field Managers. Following our coach selection criteria, which was implemented two years ago, the Field Manager is appointed on a 1+1 year period. Our Youth Women, U16 and U18 Field Manager’s positions were vacant. Lisa Norrie will continue as our Women’s Field Manager for her second year.

Baseball QLD High Performance Manager Shayne Watson says “I am looking forward to this year’s program as we build on previous years success with developing our athletes striving for holistic outcomes both on and off the field”.
Applications for other positions are still open with Expressions of Interest closing 12 pm Friday 2nd August 2019. At the completion of this process, the remaining positions will be appointed following consultation with BQ High Performance Manager and respective Team’s Field Manager.
