All games will be scored on GameChanger, there are no current plans for live-streaming games.

Is there parking on-site?
Yes, car park available and street parking

Will there be food and drink available to purchase?
Yes, Canteen will be open throughout the tournament. Food, drinks and snack available.

Where do teams pick up their lunches?
Team lunches available through pre-order arrangement. Team representative can pick up the team lunch from the canteen at the arranged time. 

Is smoking and alcoholic beverages allowed at the venue?
No.  Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. The facility is a Tobacco and Vape free area. Smokers are asked to leave the facility (footpath surrounding the facility).

The Open Women’s event will have alcohol available in compliance with the Host Club’s liquor licence – no BYO permitted. In accordance with National Policy, the Youth Women and Girl’s event will be a tobacco and alcohol free event.

May I bring my pet to the venue?
Yes, however, your pet must be leashed at all times and under-control. Pets are not permitted in the dugouts or on the playing surfaces. Owners must ensure they pick up after your pet and if there are any altercations with your pet you may be asked to leave the grounds.

Can we bring our own shade and seating
Yes. There is only limited seating and shaded areas at the facility so we encourage spectators and players to bring there own seating. Please ensure you are mindful of all other persons when setting up your area.

Are there restrooms onsite?
Per Map. Main facilities, accessible toilet and Portaloo’s a car park location.

Is there first-aid on-site?
Yes. There will be a First Aid Officer on-site each day to attend to any injuries or first aid required assistance cases. Please see Site Map for location.

The 2025 Open Women’s, Youth Women’s and Girls State Titles are (already!) listed as eligible events on the Emerging Athlete Pathways grant which supports athletes 10-18 years old to compete at these events.
