2023 QBUA Association Umpire Seminar (2 Days)
Details: All aspects of umpiring in the senior baseball league
Location:Β All Stars Baseball Club, Hendra
Dates: Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th September 2023
Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm (both days)
To Register: Contact your local club
What to wear?
– Yellow QBUA umpire shirt (if you have one)
– Suitable running pants
– Running shoes/cleats; and
– Hat/cap
What to bring?
– Water
– Sunscreen
– A glove (if you have one)
– Indicator (if you have one); and
– Any required medication
Morning tea and lunch will be provided at the grounds.
How much does it cost?
– on or before 25 August 2023 – $100 per attendee
– after 25 August 2023 – $150 per attendee
This cost doesΒ notΒ include a shirt. Should a student wish to purchase a shirt, they can take-up with a relevantΒ QBUAΒ official on the day.
It is your Clubβs responsibility to advise your members of the Seminar, to collect and pay the total to the QBUA. These fees are to be transferred into the QBUA account with the following identifying particulars:
– Name of your club
– Total number of persons attending
For example:Β Rome Ravensβ11Β Therefore, if these fees are paidΒ on or before 25 August 2023, the cost would beΒ $1,100. If paidΒ afterΒ 25 August 2023, the cost isΒ $1,650.
