Coaching Accreditation Levels

Below are the different levels of coaching accreditation for the different coaching expressions needed as one develops their baseball experience.

LEVEL 1: U8- Aussie T-Ball
Level 1 Baseball Coach Accreditation

Once you have completed the Community Coach General Principles course available online through the Australian Sports Commission (or here) you will need to familiarise yourself with the material for your chosen level of Baseball Coach Accreditation. This page is dedicated to the Level 1 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 1 NCAS Baseball Coach Accreditation is aimed at those coaches working within the Aussie Teeball program. Baseball Queensland recommends that any coach involved at the Teeball level should hold a Level 1 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 1 Coach Accreditation Assessment fee is $72.00 per candidate.

Assessment consist of a written exam followed by a role play practical assessment. It is recommended that candidates familiarise themselves with all the content of the accreditation prior to attempting assessment as fees apply for reassessment of competency.

LEVEL 2: U10- Rookie Ball and Coach Pitch
Level 2 Coach Accreditation

Once you have completed the Community Coach General Principles course available online through the Australian Sports Commission (or here) you will need to familiarise yourself with the material for your chosen level of Baseball Coach Accreditation. This page is dedicated to the Level 2 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 2 NCAS Baseball Coach Accreditation is aimed at those coaches working within the Rookie Ball program. Baseball Queensland recommends that any coach involved at the Rookie Ball level should hold a Level 2 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 2 Coach Accreditation Assessment fee is $80.00 per candidate.

Assessment consist of a written exam followed by a role play practical assessment. It is recommended that candidates familiarise themselves with all the content of the accreditation prior to attempting assessment as fees apply for reassessment of competency.

LEVEL 3: U12 to Adult comps
Level 3 Coach Accreditation

Once you have completed the Community Coach General Principles course available online through the Australian Sports Commission (or here) you will need to familiarise yourself with the material for your chosen level of Baseball Coach Accreditation. This page is dedicated to the Level 3 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 3 NCAS Baseball Coach Accreditation is aimed at those coaches working within club level baseball programs, Little League to Senior Club Baseball and Regional or State Representative levels of Baseball. Baseball Queensland requires that any coach involved in coaching baseball at the club, regional or state level must hold a minimum Level 3 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 3 Coach Accreditation Assessment fee is $90.00 per candidate.

Assessment consist of a written exam followed by a role play practical assessment. It is recommended that candidates familiarise themselves with all the content of the accreditation prior to attempting assessment as fees apply for reassessment of competency.

LEVEL 4: High Performance Coach
Level 4 Coach Accreditation

Once you have completed the Community Coach General Principles course available online through the Australian Sports Commission (or here) you will need to familiarise yourself with the material for your chosen level of Baseball Coach Accreditation. This page is dedicated to the Level 4 Baseball Coach Accreditation.

The Level 4 NCAS Baseball Coach Accreditation is aimed at those coaches working within National Representative teams.

The Level 4 Coach Accreditation Assessment fee is $110.00 per candidate.

Assessment consist of a written exam (which can be administered by QLD assessors) followed by a role play practical assessment (which will need to be administered by BA appointed assessors). It is recommended that candidates familiarise themselves with all the content of the accreditation prior to attempting assessment as fees apply for reassessment of competency.
