Our performance pathways staff manage a wide variety of athlete identification and skill development programs, events and tours. They support our athletes and officials at the highest levels. Starting with the entry-level Emerging Athlete Program, development tiers extend to internationally signed. With a variety of teams, competitions and events each year, there are endless opportunities to take your game to the next level.

Who We Are
At Baseball Queensland, we are passionate about growing baseball and creating opportunities for more Queenslanders to play, develop and enjoy the game.
As the state’s peak body for baseball, we work alongside local clubs, associations, businesses, coaches, officials, volunteers, athletes and families to strengthen the sport at every level.
Our team supports the growth and sustainability of baseball across Queensland, from grassroots participation and junior development to representative pathways and high-performance programs.
We work to create inclusive playing opportunities, support our baseball community, develop the next generation of athletes and help clubs thrive.
