For all BQ tournament rules please refer to the BQ Technical Norms. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				facility information\n				Event LocationDiv 1 – Narangba Demons Baseball Club\, Harris Ave\, Narangba QLD 4504  (Google Maps) \nDivi 2 – Runcorn Indians Baseball Club\, Wakerley Park\, 65 Dew St\, Runcorn QLD 4113  (Google Maps) \nIs there parking on-site?Div 1: Yes\, there is site parking plus there will be overflow parking at the school and Tennis Centre Carparks.Div 2: Yes\, car park available and street parking \nWill there be food and drink available to purchase?Div 1: Full Canteen Facilities (Hot Food\, Cold Food\, Snacks\, Drinks and Coffee) will be open from 7am each day.Div 2:  Yes\, Canteen will be open throughout the tournament. Food\, drinks and snack available. \nWhere do teams pick up their lunches?Div 1: Once draw is released the EO’s can organise what time they would like their lunches. They will be all ready in the cold room.Div 2: Team lunches available through pre-order arrangement. Team representative can pick up the team lunch from the canteen at the arranged time.  \nIs smoking and alcoholic beverages allowed at the venue?No.  Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. The facility is a Tobacco and Vape free area. Smokers are asked to leave the facility (footpath surrounding the facility). \nThe Open Women’s event will have alcohol available in compliance with the Host Club’s liquor licence – no BYO permitted. In accordance with National Policy\, the Youth Women and Girl’s event will be a tobacco and alcohol free event\, however we will be opening the bar after the conclusion of games and have Music near the canteen for families to have a bite to eat and relax before driving home. \nMay I bring my pet to the venue?Yes\, however\, your pet must be leashed at all times and under-control. Pets are not permitted in the dugouts or on the playing surfaces. Owners must ensure they pick up after your pet and if there are any altercations with your pet you may be asked to leave the grounds. \nCan we bring our own shade and seatingYes. There is only limited seating and shaded areas at the facility so we encourage spectators and players to bring there own seating. Please ensure you are mindful of all other persons when setting up your area. \nAre there restrooms onsite?Div 1: Yes. There are Male\, Female and Disabled Toilets in the Club House and we also have 5 Portaloos and 1 Disabled Access Porta Loo at the back of field 2. Please see Site Map for location.Div 2: Per Map. Main facilities\, accessible toilet and Portaloo’s a car park location. \nIs there first-aid on-site?Yes. Yes. There will be a First Aid Officer on-site each day to attend to any injuries or first aid required assistance cases.
